The main clubhouse was built in 1770 in based on Georgian style and elegance. With Oak Panelled walls, listed ceilings and views overlooking the golf course, it allows you and your guests to enjoy and savour the moment in a comfortable atmosphere. The clubhouse and surrounds, provide an excellent backdrop for photographs, with a well-maintained landscaped front garden, mature trees and shrubs providing excellent opportunities to have photographs or drinks.
The wing which houses the dining room was added in 1880 and can seat up to 110 people for Lunch or Dinner. The Armada room has a spectacular carved oak fireplace that bears the date 1591 and is believed to have originated from one of Lord Howard's Armada ships. This room can hold up to 18 people for a private function or when used in conjunction with the conservatory, up to 60 people.

The house lends itself magnificently for an event or party. There are a number of rooms to accommodate the main meal, music, gifts or a quiet area for children. The layout of the house gives us the ability to create a separate area for dining, music and dancing.

We can offer a range of service from Full Silver Service or Club Service to more informal family service or Buffets depending on your specific requirements.
We pride ourselves on tailoring any event to meet your individual requirements, ensuring that you and your guests leave fully satisfied and confident that everyone attending has enjoyed the experience. With this in mind, you also have the options to choose your own food rather then having pre-set menus, however, we will offer advice and guidance where required.
